Description
Update the current Debian package to the new PJSIP upstream version: 1.0.3. We are currently sticking to the 1.0.x release and will update to 1.x when needed.

Right now it's not compiling for 64bits :-/ 32bit package has been updated though...

After creating a custom user.mak file with "-fPIC" as an aditional CFLAG it's compiling and working fine :)
