Put ring.wav file in a 'correct' place

Description
When the packaging was made, we forgot to include the ring.wav sound file. It should de put on /usr/share/yass/sounds

Fixed. Ring file it's correctly installed to /usr/share/yass/sounds
It's also checked in home dir and also ../../sounds for development.
