Show name and uri in buddy list

Description
After adding a buddy (by setting name and uri) is not possible to see the uri anymore. I suggest it to ve bisible as a tooltip when the mouse is over the buddy.
Also, the buddy name and uri should be editable by adding a new option "Edit" in the buddy context menu.

Note to myself: we should be carefull when updating name and URI, They can't be duplicated!

Name will not be changable, buddy editing dialog will allow the user to change the uri and subscription state :)
